Arc., ESV. Martins Terzungwe Amough is a visionary architect and accomplished business leader driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, complemented by an MBA from Bayero University, Kano.


A registered architect and member of NIA, ARCON, NIESV, and ESVARBON, he seamlessly integrates creative design thinking with sharp business acumen to deliver complex projects marked by precision and quality.

He earned his B.Eng. in Electrical Electronics Engineering from a prestigious institution, complemented by a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects, optimizing system performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results. With deep proficiency in electrical design, system integration, and project management, Richard has been instrumental in elevating the company’s engineering capabilities while ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Oluwole Ayegbusi is a seasoned Power and Energy Executive with well over three decades of industry experience spanning Field Operations, Smart Metering Systems, Energy Mix, Renewable Energy Systems, Modular Generation Electricity Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Lagos, Akoka – Lagos and an MBA (Energy Economics). He has also completed several Executive Management Programs, equipping him with a strong blend of Technical Expertise and Strategic Business Leadership. He began his career as a Field Engineer with News Engineering (Nig.) Limited, where he progressed through various Leadership roles and exited as Project Manager.
